  1. What a cool entry. I wish my handwriting was nice like yours. My handwriting is awful.

  2. Spanky is my favorite! He’s waiting for the sunbeam to pick him up and give him a ride. I just love his little hopeful heart. Have fun in Maine ~ may we all bitch & moan selfishly until you return?

  3. I know what you mean about having to write. I used to write letters and stuff all the time, but now it’s a chore to write something as small as a grocery list. My hand hurts and my handwriting is not as good as it once was. I’ll take the keyboard any day.
    Enjoy your Maine vacation.

  4. You have beautiful handwriting, Robyn. I agree that typing is easier than writing.

  5. Thank goodness he didn’t get the little bird!!!
p.s. can you scan a pic next time of Fred acting like the Michigan J. Frog?????

  6. I just recently decided to return to partially using a handwritten journal (for private stuffs that I don’t want my family reading) and was astounded at the length of time it took to write one damn page. And my hand was cramped for the rest of the night. BUT my writing now SUCKS since I am always on the computer and I was so disappointed that the romantic scrawl I once was so proud of is now more reminiscent of my blind grandmothers cursive!

  7. Jennifer – somehow I doubt Fred would agree to that. Hee!
The rest of you: Thank you. I don’t really like my handwriting all that much, but thanks. 🙂

  8. Cool indeed. And you do have nice handwriting 🙂
Mine sucks. We lived in West Virginia when I was in second grade. They taught cursive in the third grade. Then that summer we moved to Maryland where they taught it in the second grade. So I got to teach it to myself and I didn’t do a very good job. I prefer to print 🙂

  9. you have “girly” handwriting. i was laughing when i read the word “shit” all beautifully handwritten. 🙂
