  1. I remember your post on her first day of 9th grade…holy crap, I’ve been stalking…er, reading you for a long damn time! You both look great! Congrats to The Spud!!!

  2. You both look fab 🙂 I know, I know.. my kids are growing up too damn fast. I’d have another but the hubbies vasectomy says no. Mine are 9 and 14. WTH did the years go?

  3. Happy graduation to The Spud – and all good wishes for the years ahead. I hope she has lots of wonderful adventures!
And, heck no, you don’t look old enough to have a high school graduate daughter. Is it really true you were only 12 when she was born?

  4. Wow, the Spud has grown. She looks lovely. You both do. I know this is a proud moment for you and for her. It’s a huge accomplishment. I look back on my graduation and think … “damn, has it been 11 years already?!?!” I feel old myself. But don’t worry, your not old yet Robyn… your just the mother of an accomplished young lady. And that rocks. *wink*

  5. *cries* The Spud got to wear purple! My highschool’s colors were purple and gold and the girls had to wear these CHEDDAR CHEESE yellow robes that were no WHERE near gold.
    Congrats Spud!

  6. Congratulations to the Spud! You both look fantastic! Amazing how the time flies isn’t it??

  7. You both look beautiful, and congrats to your daughter!
Also, Bob Jones High School? Interesting.

  8. I know just how you feel Robyn. My middle daughter graduated this past Sunday. *sigh*
Spud looks so lovely. I wish her all the best in the future.

  9. Congratulations to the Graduate and the Graduate’s very young looking momma!

  10. Congrats! A very proud moment! Next year I have to feel old exactly the same way. This summer is my high school 20 year reunion, that can’t possibly be correct, can it?

  11. You can start feeling old when she graduates from college.
Congratulations to the spud- she looks lovely. xo

  12. Congrats, Spud.
And Robyn, you look lovely. And nowhere near old enough to have a daughter graduating.

  13. Damn Robyn your hips look as wide as a broom handle…. I mean that in a good way, I am totally jealous. Congrats to the Spud, she will love going away to college it is so much more fun then High School.

  14. Congratulations, Spud! Robyn you are looking absolutely fantastic! What a great picture of the two of you.
My son denied me pictures of him in his cap and gown. He refused to attend his graduation ceremony at his small school. He said he didn’t want to sit through a boring ceremony in a hot, smelly gym just to give me a reason to cry.

  15. Congratulations Spud!
No, Robyn, you don’t look old enough to be the mother of a high school graduate. And you two look a lot alike in the photo of the two of you.
    Congrats!

  16. Congratulations to you both!
My only daughter just graduated this past week also.
    You both look great!

  17. No you don’t! You could totally be Spud’s older sister. You look amazing and congrats to the beautiful Spud. My daughter is graduating from elementary school next month and I’m older than you now – they’ll be pushing my wheelchair to her HS graduation, so consider yourself lucky – LOL!
Congratulations to you, Fred and Spud!

  18. Way to go Spud! Life really begins. Robyn – My “Mr. Boogers” hates you. He wants his mommy to look so good. 😉

  19. WOW! You both look AWESOME!
Congratulations Spud! Like Turtlemama said, I too remember when she just started 9th grade! Where does the time go?!?!?!?!

  20. Aw, sweet!! Yay, Spud!!! Holy crap Robyn, you are teensy!!! You and the Spuddy are both so incredibly beautiful. Hooray for all the things you’ve both accomplished!

  21. Congratulations, Spud!
Honest to God, Robyn, when I saw that second picture, for a second, I thought “Wait, who’s that with the Spud?” I can’t get over the change in your face and how much younger you look.
Also, you look like you’re holding up WAY better than I will be June 1 when my son graduates!

  22. Congratulations to the Spud!! And Robyn, yes of course you’re old enough to be the mother of a high school graduate…. but damn girl, you don’t look it!!

  23. Congratulations Danielle! Best to you in the years to come! Congratulations Mom! You did good with the spud and with your skinny self 🙂

  24. Congratulations Danielle!! The world is a wild and wooly place… enjoy the adventures ahead!!
Robyn, you two truly look more like sisters. Congrats to everyone all the way around. Did her Dad fly down for the ceremony? Can’t remember if you mentioned it before.
Have fun with the fam. Go And3rs0n kitties!!!

  25. Congrats to Danielle! Congrats to you, Robyn (and Fred), for getting her through!

  26. I don’t think I can ever recall a picture of you all “gussied” up! Makeup even! You look awesome lady! I can’t believe The Spud is all grown up!!! One chapter closed on the book of your life…..now there is college, marriage, grandbabies…..

  27. Congrats to the Spud, I also have to agree that you look beautiful Robyn.
But why I’m REALLY commenting – did I miss something? Is that an engagement ring on her finger?

  28. Congrats to spud on her graduation! What a great time in her life with lots of new things to look forward to 😀
You look marvelous. And you’re not that old, I’m older than you so you’re still a young one 😛

  29. I will answer…NO! You do NOT look old enough!
Congrats Spud! And congrats to you and Fred, Robyn, on raising a wonderful daughter!

  30. yay! Tell her that time will officially start to fly right NOW. You look amazing.

  31. You look beautiful Robyn.
You should do the girly thang more often!
All 3 of you must be very proud. Congrats, spud.

  32. Congratulations, Spud!!!! Robyn, you look so purty! And, definitely not old enough to be the mom of a HS grad!

  33. Congratulations to Spud! Robyn, you and Fred must be bursting with pride. And you look totally amazing.

  34. Have to add my Congratulations to the throng! What a lovely daughter you have…but I MUST ask the age-old question: Which Ones’ the Mother, and Which One’s the Daughter? Only their Breck Bottle knows for Sure!!! Tee hee!!!

  35. Holy shit Robyn, you look like HELL! Ok you don’t – you look amazing but I wanted my comment to stand out. =0) The Spud looks like you too.
Couldn’t we get a picture with Fred in there too?

  36. You both look great! I’m adding a hearty “congrats” for being able to figure out the crazy collar thing that comes with the robe, I just had my college graduation last weekend and turned the darn thing 40 different ways before I gave up and stuffed it into a flower arrangement and ran. Spud’s looks great!

  37. Wow. Can she really be a graduate already? Danielle is beautiful, you look terrific, and I’m jealous! I’m about the same age as you are, Robyn, and I’m currently potty-training my 4 year old son! 🙂
Congratulations to everyone. Ditto what everyone else is saying–you DEFINITELY don’t look old enough to have a child that age!

  38. I loved graduating (long ago in a galaxy far far away). Freedom!
    Congratulations!!
(And you both look lovely and amazing! Yes, you look *way* too young to be the mother of an 18-year-old!)

  39. Happy Birthday you red neck!
I’m so jealous of the garden. We can’t even plant anything here until after Memorial Day. We had frost 2 nights last week!
